The e-Token App is a mobile solution designed for generating One Time Passwords (OTPs), which are essential for securely authenticating electronic transactions.

An OTP is a unique string of characters that verifies a user's identity for a single transaction or session, serving as a viable alternative to traditional Hardware Tokens.

Activation Process:

1. For Individual Users:
   • Select your preferred activation method:
   • Hardware Token: Enter your Account Number along with the 4-digit Server PIN and your Hardware Token Code.
   • Debit Cards: Provide your Account Number along with the last 6 digits of your ZENITH Bank issued ATM card (PAN #) and the 4-digit card PIN.
   • Quick Access: Visit your bank branch to generate the activation code required for accessing the e-Token App.
2. For Corporate Users:
   • Select your preferred activation method:
   • Quick Access: Visit your bank branch to obtain the activation code needed to enable access to the e-Token App.
